Her amazing team including contractor and stager met us at the house altogether for a planning session. After drawing up a strategy, work began almost immediately. They had the house renovated, staged, and ready to list in approximately three weeks. The work as meticulous, and the advertising team followed up with an outstanding website, MLS photo album, flyers, and more. Once listed the house went under contract with multiple offers in 48 hours. During escrow, Lois fiercely protected our interests as we faced some unexpected challenges from the buyer. At every level of the work we discovered that Lois, or some part of her team, had gone above and beyond the call of cuty to protect our assets and ensure a successful sale. This was especially important to us as we had the added logistical challenge of living out of state. Lois is beyond great. I've done a few deals with her. Never disappointed. Her energy and hard work are off the scale. After the 2008 crash when no one was buying houses, I wanted to sell one. Twice as Nice
Three years ago, when I was divorced, Lois helped find me my home. I told her that I only wanted to spend a certain amount of money and live in a nice area. She was very direct. Lois told me that she would find the “best of the best” and show it to me. She did exactly that. She called me within 2 days and she showed me only one home – and I bought it! Lois listened to my wants and desires and met every single one of them with the one property. She is amazing, but it doesn’t stop there!
Within a year I met my wife, Tina and my step-daughter, and decided the house was a bit small for our new family. We called Lois and told her our desires once again. Only this time she presented something unique and special.

The Family Home
Lois Gerace represented my family in the sale of my uncle’s Burbank home when he passed away. It was an especially difficult sales process as the home was in a major state of disrepair and I live nearly 400 miles away in Northern California. In short, Lois exceeded our every expectation.
At the beginning of the process Lois, along with contractor Bud Meehan, accurately assessed what it would cost to improve the property to make it marketable and bring a higher price. She then presented us with two options, sell the property "as-is" with minor improvements at a lower price, or improve the property to make it "move in ready" for a considerably higher price. Being so far away and not able to oversee the process, it was difficult to trust a relative stranger when she assured us that she would oversee the entire thing and that she would take care of everything.
In the end we did decide to make the more dramatic improvements. Lois and Bud communicated with me each step of the way. When they were finished the house was beautiful and as promised, move in ready...all within budget. It quickly sold at a price substantially higher than I had hoped and the escrow process went exactly as Lois detailed.
I am grateful to have been referred to Lois as she literally saved me when I was faced with a very daunting task. She doesn’t over promise or under deliver, she promises and delivers more than what she promises! It’s not just a tag line that Lois Gerace uses; she really is the REAL DEAL. My only regret is that I don’t live in the area so I could refer to friends and family in need of a real estate professional.
